Welcome to our class blog! We are a 4th grade language arts class at Presbyterian Day School in Memphis, Tennessee. We are on a journey to discover how we can become artists using the powerful tool of language. Thanks for visiting; we would love to hear your comments!

What's a blog, anyway?
(from Wikipedia) : A blog (a contraction of the term "Web log") is a Web site, usually maintained by an individual [1], with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.
After reading the definition of a blog above, how do you think we can use this tool this year? Do you have any ideas for things you would like to put on our blog? If so, please share! This is a place for us to learn together and to create a place that makes our learning VISIBLE. So, blog away!

I'm proud of you!!!
