WrAP It Up!
We have the WrAP test tomorrow, and we have spent some time discussing and commenting on other students' writing. We looked at one example from the WPP website, and the screenshot below is from that discussion. What do you want to remember tomorrow when you start writing? What do you want to improve on in your writing?

I need to remeber to use good similes. I also need to remember to wright more to make better.
I learned I need to improve mostly on using more similes in my paragraphs. I am happy to improve on my writing a lot more. I also need to improve on my use of dependent clauses in my stories.
What I want to remember is word choice and sentence structure.
I need to remember to use similes and metophors. I wont to inprove on combinding sentences.
I want to use more complex words and I want remember 'i have plenty of time.
I want to use transition words and want to remember to also use metaphors and personification.
I want to remember to give a clear conflict and more details. I think I need to have a longer story to.

I want to remember puncuation, and I want to remember that I am timed, so I don't make the writing too long. I want to improve on using synonyms for said, I also want to improve on proofreading, i need to do that more often
I would first remember to indent and focus. I am also going to try and stay simple so I can finish. I am also going to look for run on sentences.
I want to watch out for run-ons. Also I will use more figurative language. Last i will try to remember end punctuation.

When we are doing the WrAP test tomorrow I want to remember to keep things simple. I want to improve on using more dialoge.
I also want to remember words.
I need to remember to add support and simply take my time becasue I have an hour to finish.
I think I need to use transition words, similies, and metaphors. I hope I will remember to indent and use correct punctuation.
I think I am ready for the test but I could work on not jumping to conclusions so quickly that I miss the whole story.
I want to improve using more vivid words and having a clear conflict. I want to remember to take my time look for puncuation.
When I start writing tomorrow, I will want to remember to put some more detail in my story. I really want to put detail in my story. It is my biggest area of trouble.
I want to remember to use higher level Vocabulary and correct Mechanics. What I want to improve on is my Mechanics because I have been a little lazy about Mechanics.
I want to improve in similes and more personofacation and to use more combinded sentences. I also want to remember that this is going to have to be a short story.

When I do my test tommorow I need to rememeber to stop starting all my senteneces with "I." I counted to see how many times i started my sentences with"I," I counted more than 29. I want to use more figurative language.
Since I'm writing a book it's hard for me to write just the importent stuff. I also have lots of trouble with mechanics. It's manly just spelling and comas but I still need to work on that.
I want to remember not to make all my sentences boring subject verb sentences. I want to improve my writing by not starting all my sentences with "I".
I want to remember to use vivid verbs and adjectives.
I want to improve on when to use commas or semi collens.
I want to improve on writing in the right time.
I want to remember that I shouldn't use then as much as I used to.
I want to improve on creative writing and a great choice of words that I should use.
This improvement is something most people don't need to, and never want to do in a writing test.
MAKE IT LESS EXCITING! It is the best way to get more time. The WrAP test is only 3,600 seconds.
I want to remember to write a as much as I can so that I will get close to finishing. In my writing I want to improve on speaking the right grammer to the reader.
